Portfolio watch
Scan a list of Swiss UIDs for recent SHAB / SOGC publications — bankruptcy, moratorium, liquidation, board changes, share mutations, capital changes — sorted newest-first and classified by severity. Catches the events that trigger the Transparency Register's 1-month re-filing duty.
How classification works
- Data source
- ZEFIX
sogcPubarray per entity — the canonical upstream feed of SHAB / SOGC publication metadata. We don't poll SHAB directly; ZEFIX is the system of record. - Categories
- critical: bankruptcy (Konkurs / faillite), moratorium (Nachlass), deletion (Löschung). high: liquidation. medium: share mutation, board change, capital change. low: founding, name / address / purpose change. info: anything our DE / FR / IT keyword classifier doesn't match — full publication text is shown in the excerpt.
- Limits
- Up to 25 UIDs per scan, 1–365 day lookback. Each UID triggers a cached ZEFIX call (24h Vercel Data Cache) so repeated scans of the same portfolio are essentially free.
